This summer we took a leap of faith and decided to place our home on the market. We loved our little home, but the busy street behind us and construction that started very near our home had us a little worried about the future. So we put the home we thought might be forever on the market and prayed we were making the right decision for our family.
In just 10 days our house was under contract and we were in the market for somewhere new to stay. After lots of looking, thinking we found the right place, and changing our minds about a thousand times, we found a sweet home, in the neighborhood of our dreams, that would be ready to move in exactly two days before we had to move out. We knew it had to be fate and quickly spent our summer searching for loans and running papers to and fro. It wasn't exactly the perfect summer, but we made the best of the time we had between meetings and packing.
With moving day just two days before the start of my new school year, my new position, a new school for Landon and lots of change, we are finally feeling settled. The boys are making friends and we've found lots of MTCES families right on our street. Our neighbors have been so welcoming and everywhere you turn someone is waving. It's such a sweet community. We've been taking advantage of the pool and fishing lakes and enjoying our time in our new home. Here are bunch of pictures of the house and our time so far.
