You might want to grab a diet coke and some popcorn for this post as I haven't posted on our sweet little family blog in forever, so I'm trying to catch up and do better.
So let's rewind to the end of June when Bradley and Jac got married. That poor girl. What was she thinking? Even though I question her good judgement, they planned a beautiful wedding. We spent a long weekend in Chicago with all of our family and friends. Landon and Drew were ring bearers. A job where Landon fell short, and Drew carried through like a champ. Here are a few pictures of our little monkeys that weekend.

When we came home, we came home to this. So we're still dealing with insurance and getting things fixed. Talk about a bummer. Thank goodness that was it and our neighbors were all safe and sound.
Right after the wedding we celebrated the 4th of July with some sweet friends. The boys had a blast with their new friend Lauren and we had a great view for the fireworks.
Just a few days later I left my sweet hubby and boys for a girls trip in Vegas. This girl loved every minute. I'm so thankful for the friendships I've made with these girls and the opportunity to hang out with them. We laid by the pool, ate good food and enjoyed a cabana or two. I can't complain.
Since then, I've been hanging our with my babies and enjoying nights home with Travis, who is now a
DETECTIVE!!!
He has worked very hard for this position and we are so happy to have daddy home on weekends. A luxury we have never enjoyed as our little family of 4 until now. I have to say that I can't complain about his new uniform either. He's pretty darn handsome in suits and ties.
So while daddy is at work we've been hanging out with friends, celebrating birthday's, having lunch, went school shopping and even enjoyed some fun in the sun.
WHEW!!! I think we're all caught up! Now... to stay current.
