Christmas Catch up and other random things.

I feel like a bit of a failure when it comes to this poor little blog. I am going to try to do better with updating. This first week back to school was bit overwhelming and getting back into the groove is super hard!

We had an amazing Christmas! It was so much fun to see Drew's excitement about Santa and watch Landon open presents. They were definitely spoiled and so were mommy and daddy. We spent Christmas Eve at church, dinner at Desha's, presents at Grandma Meeks and mom and dads. On Christmas we spent some family time, just the four of us, opening the truckload of gifts Santa brought. Shame on Santa and the credit card bill he racked up! Then we visited Pops Tom, Grandma Kaye, Margaret and Grandma Ethel. Later that day we joined the Mastruserio crew at Chris'.

We did our Christmas "Racking" this year. We missed a few days but it felt amazing to do kind things for others. It was really great to show the boys that doing nice things for others makes you feel just as good or even better than having nice things done for you. We left a 100% tip to a sweet little waitress, gave treats to neighbors and friends, paid for the car behind us in the drive thru, gave toys and gifts to Children's Hospital and surprised Drew's teachers with an extra little treat. It's definitely a tradition that we'll continue.

During break we also went to just about every Cincy attraction possible. The Aquarium is one of our favorites.
